What else do you notice?
- What is working well? Why?
- What is creating friction? Why?
- What is making you feel solid or more confident right now? Why?
- What is making you feel unsteady or less confident right now? Why?
Finally, imagine your business as a body.
- Scan your awareness through the whole body.
- Jot down anything you notice that hasn't already drawn your attention. These are the things that are happening all the time without us giving them much thought. By making them conscious, we can dilute the more dramatic elements and find steadiness in the whole.
